SWAT:- An Anti-Terrorism Court in Swat on Tuesday has declared MQM Chief Altaf Hussain an proclaim offender and ordered the police for arrest and produce in the court within seven days otherwise action would be taken against him as per law.
A case under section 124A, 153A, 505 and 25 telegraph act has been registered against MQM Chief, Altaf Hussain with Police Station Mingora on the complaint no 702, at 16/072015, on the charges of uttering thereat to the Pakistan Army and instruments in spreading terror in the country by provoking speeches.
More than 100 FIR’s has been registered in across the country against MQM Chief Altaf Hussain owing to his remarks made by him against the Pakistan Army and the paramilitary force in various speeches.
The court has also ordered for publications of advertisement due to non-service for the appearance of Altaf Hussain from normal mode.
The court made it clear that if despite publication of advertisement for appearance in the court and declaring him proclaim offender. MQM Chief had not appeared in the Court within 7 days, the case shall be decided in his absence as per law.
